Deluxe Room, Garden View
Incredibly spacious at over 300 square feet, a private balcony overlooks the tropical gardens from the lower levels of the main hotel tower. With 24-hour room service, fully adjustable air conditioning, Cable TV, telephone with voice mail, clock radio, minibar, coffeemaker, laptop-compatible strong box, hair dryer, marble bathroom and floors, double vanity and a secure electronic key, there is almost no need for extras, but there are plenty.
Deluxe Room, Ocean View
Like the Garden View room, the Deluxe Ocean View room is available with two double beds or one king (shown), but this time the balcony or terrace looks out over a magnificent ocean just as you've imagined.

Premier Guest Room
The Royal Tower, exclusively for adult guests, combines luxury and ultra comfort in elegantly decorated and fully stocked guest rooms. Available with two double beds (shown) or one king, every balcony provides a spectacular view of the Caribbean sea. A jetted tub opposite the head of the room provides the perfect compliment to a full size bath, and an automated room divider combines privacy and spacious luxury. With a 32-inch flat-screen cable TV and DVD player, voice mail telephone, clock radio with iPod dock, minibar, and a writing desk, it's perfect for working vacation or even an extended stay. The marble bathroom with rainfall shower, double vanity, and lots of extras make private access to the Royal Tower Lounge just icing on the cake.
Premier Suite
A limited number of elegant Premier Tower Guest Rooms are available as spacious adjoining room Suites. With terrace Jacuzzis, two double beds or a king (shown), they're long on luxury and intended for guests who place a premium on space. The living room area is fully furnished.
Cocay Restaurant
The Cocay is elegant, casual, classy and loaded - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Contemporary International and Mexican specialties are served from impeccable and generous buffets that warm hearts and whet appetites. Live dinnertime entertainment accompanies chefs' specialties cut from the butcher's block, and every meal guarantees a surprise, whether in a premium platter or in the care with which our legendary service is provided.
La Concha
Mediterranean to the nines, La Concha borders the main hotel swimming pool, and meals are served with a spectacular view of the sea. Meals are fresh, and special emphasis is placed on satisfying every appetite. A-la-carte specials are served fresh everyday, and the menu leans toward amazing seafood. With oven-baked pizzas, Mexican and International Specialties, there's always something for everyone.
El Oriental
This favorite restaurant with diners is located in the hotel’s main tower next to the Lobby Bar. Its popularity derives from its exquisite and highly refined Asian cuisine making it one of the best locations for Asian cuisine in all of Cancun. The restaurant also features Teppanyaki tables and boasts exotic and sophisticated bamboo décor.
El Mirador
With glass walls and an outstanding view of the Nichupté Lagoon, El Mirador specializes in a-la-carte Italian specialties cooked to perfection and served with flair. Live entertainment and an ultra-tempting desserts buffet make it the highlight of any evening. Topped off with Italian espresso or another glass of wine, there is simply no finer toast to your dream vacation.
PRIME Rib House
Located at the Hotel Royal Tower Building, beside the premier swimming pool. Ocean front restaurant, with terrace area. This Restaurant only offers a la carte dinner service with Prime Rib, lobster and crab. Before the main dish, guests can enjoy a deluxe antipasto and salad bar. With a surcharge for all guest, from $25USD to $30USD per person, per dinner, depending on main course selection.
